[Responsibilities]
- Provide responsive on-site support for Dell server and data center hardware, minimizing downtime
- Execute server builds, hardware swaps, part replacements, and firmware updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues at the hardware, firmware, and OS level, escalating as needed
- Perform both reactive and preventive maintenance according to established protocols
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers during service events
