Job description

Our Fortune 500 client in Irving is seeking a Contract Data Entry coordinator to support initiatives by accurately configuring new items within their database. This role is execution‐focused and supports ongoing pilots, rollouts, and operational enhancements across our store network. This is a 12-month W2 contract that will be onsite in Irving. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain items within the Global Keyboard based on approved requirements Configure item attributes including descriptions, categories, images, pricing rules, and eligibility Validate data accuracy and completeness prior to testing and production deployment Follow established configuration standards and documentation requirements Support testing cycles by verifying item behavior in test environments Resolve data issues and rework items as needed 1–2 years of data entry or system configuration experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in structured systems and spreadsheets Task‐based delivery with clear SLAs Ability to ramp quickly and follow defined procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
