Job description

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative for an initial contract position to support daily administrative and office operations at our Greenville, South Carolina site. 

The ideal candidates will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. This is an onsite position! We are seeking local candidates only.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Piedmont, SC
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed.
- Support site operations and collaborate with internal teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based customer service role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
