Job Description:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Awareness Program Analyst to support the planning, execution, and management of enterprise cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives. The role involves coordinating and implementing role-based training, phishing simulations, and awareness campaigns, while ensuring alignment with organizational cybersecurity standards. You will work closely with cybersecurity SMEs, learning partners, internal teams, and vendors to maintain training materials, track program effectiveness, and support audit and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and analytical skills, with hands-on experience supporting structured training or cybersecurity awareness programs in a corporate environment.
