- 5+ years of work experience with VOIP networks
- 3+ years’ experience in Networking (Troubleshooting complex DNS, DHCP, and Firewall issues)
- 3+ years of experience with LinuxOS
- 3+ years of project management experience necessary.
- Knowledge of supporting and deploying to VMware environment.
- Strong ability to diagram and design telecom environments preferred.
- SBC / SIP knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, and trunk creation between devices.
- Familiarity with SQL and Oracle Databases
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
