Brand Ambassador

ROLE: Part Time, Contract 

TERM: August - May 2027   

OVERVIEW

POPLIFE is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to represent a liquor client in college markets. The Brand Ambassador (must be 21+) is responsible for creating engaging events (tailgates, pool parties, in-bar programming, DJ ) and social media that raises brand awareness, attracts new Gen Z consumers, and drives commercial and marketing success. 

GENERAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a constant advocate for the Brand by making it part of your day to day social life. 
  • Develop  cultural events and sampling opportunities at key accounts to encourage trial and purchase. 
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and encourage consumption and sales at key accounts.
  • Actively engage with Brands social channels to stay up to date. 
  • Create social media content that aligns with brand and legal guidelines.
  • Distribute exclusive branded swag to peers.
  • Attend weekly calls and maintain clear communication with internal teams. 
  • Submit accurate and timely reports weekly, monthly and quarterly. 
  • Manage budget responsibly when activating and supporting accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 21+ years of age 
  • Senior Year or Bachelors Degree 
  • Strong campus connections (events, organizations, community leaders) 
  • Active and influential social media presence
  • Strong understanding of local trends and movements
  • Outgoing, well spoken, and confident in commanding a room
  • Direct ties to bar management, bartenders, lifestyle creators, and DJ’s a plus 
  • Events, hospitality or creator path as a plus 
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
