Job description

As an Account Coordinator at Trevant, you will support the day-to-day execution of creator marketing campaigns, keeping programs on track from the moment a creator is sourced to the moment results are reported. This role sits at the center of our Creator Operations team, touching sourcing, contracting, content review, performance tracking, and client reporting.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-obsessed, thrives on process, and wants to build a career at the intersection of creator marketing and performance media.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and vet creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube using Sprout Social and platform-native tools, evaluating fit against client briefs, audience data, engagement quality, and brand safety requirements.
  • Own the day-to-day coordination of active creator campaigns, including briefing, deliverable tracking, content review, and timeline management, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support creator communications, rate negotiations, contract routing, and onboarding, serving as a reliable point of contact that keeps creators and internal teams aligned.
  • Pull and organize campaign performance data from Sprout Social and platform dashboards, contributing to client-facing reporting deliverables, wrap reports, and QBR materials.
  • Process creator payments, reconcile against campaign budgets, and flag discrepancies proactively.
  • Maintain content calendars, coverage trackers, campaign folders, and management sheets with accuracy and consistency across every active program.
  • Research social trends, platform updates, and emerging creators to feed insights into team strategy and client recommendations.
  • Collaborate across account management, paid media, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator operations, social media, or a related agency or brand-side role.
  • Hands-on familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a creator partnership or brand marketing perspective. Experience using Sprout Social or comparable analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can draft a creator brief, summarize a campaign for a client, and manage vendor conversations with equal clarity and professionalism.
  • Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. You stay on top of details, flag blockers early, and follow through without being chased.
  • A low-ego, team-first mindset. You are energized by collaboration, comfortable asking questions, and confident in taking ownership of your work.
  • Analytical enough to pull data and spot patterns. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is expected; experience with reporting tools like DOMO is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Who We Are

Trevant is a creator marketing agency built for brands that need more than a campaign. They need a system that justifies the investment.

We came up in performance media. We ran hundreds of millions in paid social spend before most agencies knew what attribution meant. When the creator economy took off, we didn't chase it. We applied the same operational rigor — vetting, attribution, brand safety, efficiency — to a channel that needed it.

The result is creator marketing that performs like your best paid channel. Creative ambition that earns attention. Infrastructure that makes that attention compound into outcomes. Every campaign, fully accountable.

Trevant is a subsidiary of Fluent, a commerce media solutions provider connecting top-tier brands with highly engaged consumers.

Benefits

At Trevant, we celebrate successes, value teamwork, and foster a vibrant, inclusive culture. In addition to offering the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing creator performance marketing agency, we provide:

  • Competitive compensation packages
  • Career advancement and professional development opportunities
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching
  • Opportunities to participate in volunteer and philanthropic activities
  • Fun and educational team events, including catered lunches, team outings, and wellness initiatives

Salary Range

$45,000-$60,000 base salary plus a competitive incentive compensation plan tied to performance. Actual base salary will depend on factors such as experience, skill set, and location.

At Trevant, we are committed to building and fostering an environment where our employees feel included, valued, and heard. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on age, color, ability, national origin, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. Not only are these provisions protected by law, embracing differences is what makes Trevant so great. We pride ourselves on our inclusive and accessible workplace.
