What You'll Do
  • Perform quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Inspect products for defects, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
  • Document and maintain accurate test results, inspection reports, and production records.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions to management.
  • Maintain testing equipment, tools, and areas.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs. 
What You'll Need
  • Understanding of concrete materials, testing methods, and quality standards.
  • Ability to perform precise measurements and inspections.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards (ACI, ASTM, and state/federal regulations).
  • Proficiency in documentation, recordkeeping, and basic computer use.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues related to quality and provide solutions. 
Your Education
  • High school diploma or GED required; relevant technical or vocational training preferred.
