Job Summary
West Kentucky Community & Technical College (WKCTC), recognized as a top 10 community college in the nation by The Aspen Institute five consecutive times and twice as a Finalist with Distinction, invites applications for the position of Part-time Stagehand. WKCTC is a comprehensive community college that provides excellence in teaching a learning, promotes student success, and supports economic development.

Job Duties:
The Part-time Stagehand may be responsible for a variety of tasks. These responsibilities are based on the needs to the department at that given time. Such tasks may include:
- Basic knowledge of stage equipment (any/all) such as fly systems, carpentry, scenic painting, stage lighting, stage audio, rigging, fall protection, and control systems for lighting, sound and projection.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to waist height repeatedly.
- Comfortable around heights and darkness.
- Knowledge of power tools a plus. Knowledge of ETC Ion, Allen & Heath Qu series or Yamaha audio control a plus.
- Assist box office as needed.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
