When you're the best, we're the best. We instill an environment where employees feel engaged, satisfied and able to contribute their unique skills and talents while living and working as their authentic selves. We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.

Summary:

In this role, you will perform complex service spend, contract, supplier, and install base analyses to support capital spend planning, strategic supplier negotiations, and sourcing execution across healthcare technology and facilities-related service categories. You will work independently across multiple data sources and stakeholder groups to develop accurate, negotiation-ready insights, identify savings opportunities, improve contract visibility, and support data-driven business decisions. You will contribute to service contract lifecycle management through advanced analytics, reporting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives that drive measurable financial and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze service spend, contract utilization, supplier performance, and install base data to support sourcing strategies, capital planning, and supplier negotiations.

  • Develop baseline spend analyses, pricing comparisons, total cost of ownership models, savings assessments, and forecasting reports to support business decisions.

  • Track contract utilization, savings performance, and forecasted service contract spend to support category management, operational finance reporting, and leadership visibility.

  • Maintain and improve data quality within contract, procurement, and asset management systems, including contract records, supplier information, utilization inputs, and supporting documentation.

  • Prepare RFx analyses, supplier response comparisons, pricing models, negotiation materials, and executive-ready reporting packages.

  • Coordinate service contract data across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with sourcing and operational objectives.

  • Identify data gaps, contract inconsistencies, pricing discrepancies, utilization concerns, and process improvement opportunities.

  • Support supplier negotiations, contract lifecycle management activities, and sourcing initiatives through analytical insights and decision-ready recommendations.

  • Develop recurring reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve reporting processes, contract visibility, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, sourcing, supply chain, finance, analytics, or contract management preferred.

  • Strong analytical, database, reporting, and spreadsheet skills required.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and large dataset management preferred.

  • Experience with contract management, sourcing, procurement, asset management, Coupa, Nuvolo, or related systems preferred.

  • Experience developing total cost of ownership models, supplier pricing comparisons, RFx analyses, savings models, or contract utilization reporting preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify data issues, contract gaps, pricing discrepancies, risks, and savings opportunities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Willingness to travel.
