Job description

The Coca-Cola Company is evolving into a more digital‑first, data‑driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end to end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain based, product centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Role Overview

This role, in the Coca-Cola Creative Studios Video Operations team, plays a critical role in enabling Coca-Cola’s digital transformation by leading the operational excellence, scalability, and delivery of the company’s global video production capability. Reporting to the Director, Coca-Cola Creative Studios, this role is responsible for establishing and optimizing the operating model, production governance, resource management, and delivery processes that ensure high-quality creative content is produced efficiently and at scale.

Working closely with the Director, Creative Excellence, studios operations team, internal clients, external production partners, and agency stakeholders, this leader will manage the end-to-end video production ecosystem. The role combines production expertise, operational leadership, digital fluency, stakeholder management, and process innovation to ensure video content and campaigns support enterprise storytelling, drive engagement, and strengthen Coca-Cola’s global brand presence.

What You will do for us
  • Lead end‑to‑end production operations and creative quality for video content, communication campaigns, live internal events, executive communications, broadcast feeds, digital content, and multimedia storytelling initiatives.
  • Manage the full video project portfolio from intake, scoping, prioritization, planning, production, delivery, and project closeout.
  • Establish, standardize, and continuously improve operating procedures across the video production function, including statements of work, contracts, budgeting, rights management, releases, approvals, delivery processes, and documentation.
  • Build scalable ways of working that support increasing global production demand.
  • Direct critical productions, including executives and live broadcasts.
  • Drive effective resource planning, capacity management, project scheduling, and production forecasting across multiple simultaneous priorities.
  • Build, manage, and maintain relationships with production vendors, freelancers, agencies, studios, and specialized creative partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, aligned to creative briefs, and measured against defined business outcomes and stakeholder expectations.
  • Represent the video capability in client engagements, intake sessions, planning discussions, and cross‑functional project reviews.
  • Establish communication plans that provide transparency regarding timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements.
  • Leverage data, reporting, and operational metrics to improve production efficiency, optimize investments, and support continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate digital tools, workflow automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging production technologies to enhance productivity and content delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to production legal requirements, intellectual property considerations, insurance requirements, and corporate governance standards.
  • Support concept development, creative planning, and production strategy discussions when required.
  • Champion operational excellence, innovation, and scalable production practices that enable Coca-Cola’s digital‑first content and communications strategy.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience leading production operations, digital platforms, technology delivery, or product support functions within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing production support and operational performance for business‑critical digital products and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and the role of technology, data, and artificial intelligence in enabling business outcomes.
  • Experience working within agile, product‑centric, or DevOps operating models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision‑making capabilities with experience using operational metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience establishing service management, incident management, problem management, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology environments, cloud‑based platforms, integration ecosystems, and digital operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, and operational governance requirements.
  • Demonstrated digital and AI fluency, including the ability to leverage emerging technologies to enhance operational performance and user experience.
  • Proven capability to work effectively within highly matrixed global organizations while managing competing priorities.
