CNC Machine OperatorStarting at $22+/hr + $3/hr Shift Differential

Looking for an opportunity to grow your manufacturing career while working with advanced equipment? We are hiring CNC Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machine operating, CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience who are seeking long-term career growth.

Position Summary

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality and production standards are met. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
  • Load, unload, and package finished products for shipment or further processing.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions.
  • Use tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools to inspect parts and verify dimensions.
  • Record production, quality, and operational data accurately.
  • Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of machine operating, manufacturing, or production experience.
  • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable attendance and a safety-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous CNC machining experience.
  • Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment.
  • Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Production, fabrication, machining, or metalworking experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
