Job Responsibilities

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will:

  • Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components
  • Load, unload, and package materials throughout the production process
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
  • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
  • Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and routine housekeeping tasks
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Preferred Experience
  • CNC machine operation
  • CNC milling or lathe operation

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience

  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment

This position is located in a manufacturing facility where employees operate CNC equipment and support production operations in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
