Days: Typically Monday–Friday; weekends may be required
Strong data entry and attention to detail skills required
Experience with charge entry or billing in a healthcare setting preferred
Familiarity with revenue cycle operations preferred
Ability to follow structured procedures and work within defined guidelines
Review, analyze, and coordinate charge master activities
Accurately enter outpatient charges into billing systems
Collaborate with departments to ensure proper coding of billable items
Balance charge summaries to encounter forms prior to submission
Analyze reports and system edits to support billing accuracy
Assist with audits and process improvements within revenue cycle workflows
Communicate with supervisors regarding charge entry issues or discrepancies
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
