Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Jeffersonville, IN! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Active IN CONSOLIDATED HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE (07440) license
  • 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
  • This position begins on 06/15/2026 and ends on 09/13/2026
