Job description

Title: Oracle Primavera Unifier and Web Services Administrator
Location: Jackson, MS

JOb Description
Maintain and support Oracle Primavera Unifier Version: 26.6 and higher; making changes to existing business
processes, data views, user defined reports, BI custom prints, etc. Ability to identify configuration defects and make
the necessary corrections and to assist application administrators with first level user support. Also responsible for
maintaining existing ASP code for the reservations portal and the DFA Bureau of Buildings (BOB) project listing web
pages.
This engagement will have two primary objectives. First, to support existing staff with the administration and
maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier and support the DFA business owners within the Bureau of Building,
Grounds, and Real Property Management. Secondary but of equal importance, the creation of a new web application
for DFA’s existing reservation system currently integrated with Primavera Unifier.
Thorough knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier, .NET Framework 4.0.0, ASP.NET (VB.NET), .NET Core 8 through 10,
Windows Server versions 2025, 2022, 2019, and 2016, IIS, Microsoft SQL required. Drupal 10 and 11 CMS knowledge
would be a plus, as ultimately Reservations will be accessed via the DFA website. The person selected will be expected to
upgrade the existing Reservation code from .Net Core 8 to 10. This will be a collaborative process requiring working
closely with existing staff and other contractors, so communication, cross training, and flexibility in priorities and working
with deadlines are required.
 
To be considered, all proposed consultants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
* A four-year degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or like field.
*Seven (7) years or more of direct experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version: 26 experience is required)
*Seven (7) years or more of direct and specific experience creating applications in multiple programming languages
* Five (5) years or more of direct database design and administration.
* Five (5) years or more of experience with application and database security, privacy, and compliance decisions.
*Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio to include the use of Visual Studio 2026 version 18.7.2
* Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET CORE programming
* Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), and SQL database
* Proficient with IIS configuration
* Proficient with Windows Server versions 2016 through 2025
* Advanced knowledge of C#
* Documentation and knowledge transfer experience.
* Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills
