Position Overview

A growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization is seeking a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and career advancement within a supportive and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians/RBTs.

  • Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services and clinical excellence.

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.

  • Provide guidance and support during crisis situations when necessary.

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and ethical standards.
