Job description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a dynamic school environment as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. In this role, you'll work closely with educators, families, and a diverse student population, using your expertise to help students achieve their communication and academic goals. Your collaborative efforts will foster a supportive learning atmosphere and contribute to lasting student growth.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize caseloads, assessments, and therapy sessions efficiently
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students requiring speech/language services
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports as required
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies for support
  • Provide guidance and professional input during IEP meetings and staff consultations
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology
