Spring Web Service MyBatis or similar persistence framework Ant/Eclipse/Source Control(Starteam) Weblogic/Tomcat or other J2EE containers SQL development skills (Sybase and stored procedures skills are a plus) Ability to work independently and autonomously with given requirements.
