Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.NET Core & Angular)
Company: R2 Technologies
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid / Remote Options Available)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contractual
About R2 Technologies: R2 Technologies is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) headquartered in Alpharetta, GA. With over two decades of experience across global markets, we have built a reputation as a trusted partner for IT staffing excellence and cutting-edge digital product innovation. We are driven by innovation and operate on a simple philosophy: "We deliver what we promise, and we promise only what we can deliver." Beyond providing top-tier IT talent to industries ranging from Healthcare to Financial Services, R2 builds cutting-edge proprietary solutions like SmartEnt-an Enterprise AI & IoT Intelligence Platform utilizing advanced NLP and AI technologies. By partnering closely with our clients, we deliver technology-driven outcomes that are realistic, measurable, and impactful.
Job Summary: R2 Technologies is seeking a forward-thinking Full Stack Developer to build highly scalable, cloud-native applications on the Microsoft stack. We expect our engineers to operate at the cutting edge of productivity by utilizing AI-aided development tools (such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor) to accelerate delivery. You will design robust backend microservices with C# and ASP.NET Core while creating dynamic user interfaces with modern Angular. A major focus of this role is building "AI-ready" architectures natively integrated with the Azure AI ecosystem, leveraging Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, and agentic workflows to deliver intelligent enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities: * Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend RESTful APIs and microservices using C#, .NET 8+, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Build dynamic, responsive, and accessible single-page applications (SPAs) using modern Angular and TypeScript.
  • Actively utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to write boilerplate code, generate unit tests, and optimize complex logic.
  • Deeply integrate Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Cognitive Services) to build enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  • Orchestrate intelligent, multi-step workflows using Microsoft Semantic Kernel (or LangChain for .NET) and automation platforms like n8n or Azure Logic Apps to reduce operational overhead.
  • Design databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) with vector support in mind to future-proof data models for AI search and LLM consumption.
  • Implement modern CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, deploying containerized applications (Docker/AKS) to Microsoft Azure.
  • Participate in code reviews with a focus on security, performance, and validating AI-generated code snippets.

Qualifications: * Up to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Core / .NET 8 ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of modern Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
  • Proven experience or strong familiarity working alongside AI coding assistants to enhance productivity.
  • Hands-on knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, specifically integrating LLMs via Azure OpenAI and orchestrating them with Microsoft Semantic Kernel.
  • Familiarity with agentic workflows, vector databases, and workflow automation tools (like n8n).
  • Experience with relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB) databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for adapting to the rapidly evolving AI and .NET landscape.
