Job description

We are hiring a Snowflake Architect with our Client in Boston, MA (Onsite) Job Details: Job Title: Snowflake Architect Location: Boston, MA Note: Need a snowflake data architect with Azure Cloud Experience and Agentic AI, Senior Data Architect who can shape the Azure snowflake roadmap, Migration, Agents for Data Eng SDLC. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Architect with extensive experience in SnowSQL, Spark, and Snowflake to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture and cloud-based data solutions, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of Snowflake's capabilities and best practices, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality data solutions. Responsibilities: Design and implement data architecture solutions using Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Develop and maintain ETL processes using SnowSQL and Spark to facilitate data ingestion and transformation.

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize existing data pipelines and workflows for efficiency and reliability. Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Snowflake environments.

Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvements. Document architecture designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and training. Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills: Proven experience as a Snowflake Architect with a strong focus on SnowSQL. Expertise in Spark for data processing and transformation. In depth knowledge of Snowflake architecture, features, and best practices.

Strong programming skills in SQL and experience with data modeling. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
