Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
  • Strong experience in Azure (Microsoft stack).
  • Good experience in Microsoft Dynamics with ~40% exposure.
  • Experience in data migration architecture with SAP, Salesforce, SQL, and Azure Data Lakes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design and development of D365 F&O customizations, extensions, and enhancements using X++, Power Platform, and extensibility frameworks.
  • Define and implement data models, security architecture, and performance strategies aligned with healthcare compliance and audit requirements.
  • Oversee DevOps processes using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, build automation, testing, and deployment across environments.
  • Conduct code reviews, fit-gap analysis, and performance tuning for high-volume transactional workloads such as AR/AP, claims processing, and procurement.
  • Design and troubleshoot integrations using OData, custom services, batch processing, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
  • Lead data migration initiatives using Data Management Framework (DMF) ensuring data quality across master and transactional datasets.
  • Collaborate with functional and offshore teams for requirements analysis, PoCs, implementation, and hypercare support.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, technical proposals, effort estimation, and demos for healthcare RFPs.
  • Mentor junior developers and enforce Microsoft best practices to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability.

Skills:

  • Expertise in X++, Visual Studio, and D365 extensibility.
  • Strong experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions).
  • Knowledge of SQL optimization and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Data Entities, DMF, SSRS, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of D365 Finance and SCM.
  • Experience in security architecture and compliance implementations.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferred Microsoft Certifications: MB-300, MB-500, MB-700.
  • 8–12 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in D365 F&O / AX development and 3+ years as a Technical Architect or Senior Developer.
  • Strong experience delivering 3+ full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
  • Experience in multi-country deployments.
