Who We Are XP Services, Inc is a leading aviation services company committed to delivering top tier technical solutions across the aviation industry. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Avionics Technician to join our dedicated team of professionals.

Your Role You will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of avionics systems and equipment across a variety of aircraft platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Install, test, and troubleshoot avionics systems including navigation, communication, and flight control systems
  • Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft avionics components
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company standards
  • Document all maintenance activities accurately in logbooks and reports
  • Collaborate with engineers and flight crews to resolve technical issues
  • Stay current with industry advancements and regulatory updates

What We're Looking For

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license preferred
  • FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License a plus
  • 2–5 years of avionics or aircraft maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of avionics systems and electrical wiring
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
