Automotive Dealership Contracts Clerk Sacramento, California Market Area
AutoCareerPro is recruiting an experienced Automotive Dealership Contracts Clerk for a respected dealership client in the Sacramento area. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented automotive accounting professional seeking long-term career growth and advancement potential to Office Manager.
Starting Compensation:$33-$36 per hour, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process new and used retail and lease contracts for accuracy
Verify deal documentation and maintain complete deal files
Coordinate contract funding and resolve lender discrepancies
Process payoffs, incentives and related accounting entries
Work closely with the sales, finance and accounting departments
Support month-end accounting and dealership compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous automotive dealership contracts or accounting experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of dealership accounting systems and contract procedures
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Leadership potential and interest in advancing to Office Manager
