Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Attorney in Washington to join our legal team. As a Contract Attorney, you will provide legal services to our clients on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation. The successful applicant will have excellent research skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. If you are a highly motivated, detail-oriented attorney seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research to support litigation
  • Provide legal advice to clients with consumer debt
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate and support staff to achieve case goals

Experience:

  • Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Significant experience in litigation
