Job description

The Task Manager / Contract Manager provides management and oversight to ensure contract tasks are performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the contract and PWS. This role oversees assigned staff and ensures deliverables, including the Monthly Progress Report, are accurate and submitted on time.
*This position is contingent upon contract award.*
Responsibilities:
  • Provide sufficient management and oversight for task performance; supervise staff assigned to the task; ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with contract and PWS requirements; ensure all deliverables, including the Monthly Progress Report, are accurate and submitted on time; promptly establish effective communication with the COR regarding requirement status changes, service improvements, major achievements, major project schedule changes, and security events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management, team leadership, or contract administration experience. Bachelor's degree with 3 years of Team Lead or Management experience; or Associate's degree with 5 years of Team Lead or Management experience.
  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 3 years of Team Lead or Management experience; or Associate's Degree in any discipline with 5 years of Team Lead or Management experience.
  • Clearance Requirements: SECRET security level designation required.
  • Certification Requirements: DoD 8570.01 compliance; IAM Level III or equivalent certification required.
  • Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role: Ability to manage staff, track deliverables, communicate effectively with the COR, oversee contract performance, monitor schedule/status changes, and coordinate communications regarding service improvements, major achievements, major schedule changes, and security events.
  • Travel may be required to work sites.
