Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC


Assignment Details

  • Split assignment between two skilled nursing facilities in Springfield, OH.
