Responsibilities
  • Highly motivated, qualified and client-service-oriented Senior Architect/Project Manager with experience in various markets
  • Create, manage, and produce projects in both the public and private sectors including governmental, commercial, higher education, healthcare, and industrial clients
  • Coordinate and manage projects across architecture and other disciplines
  • Assisting with business development efforts, including market research, client relationships, developing leads, and securing contracts
  • Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents
  • Interact and communicate effectively with design team members, clients, and other agencies

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect in Illinois and/or Wisconsin
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Multidisciplinary experience in any or all of the following markets: Governmental, Commercial, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Industrial
  • Experience with responding to Requests for Proposals, Expression of Interests, Statement of Qualifications
  • Proven success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Good decision-making skills, flexibility, focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, MS Office suite, MS Project, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling or rendering software
  • Project Management training is preferred
  • Experience with public project delivery process - CDB (Illinois) and/or DFD (Wisconsin) is preferred
