1. Provide sales force, management, and other functional departments with account history, pricing questions/discrepancies, contracting process/status.

2. Gather and analyze pricing requests for discounted or national contracts.

3. Create "future pricing for proposal process.

4. Develop financial reports/models to support contract negotiations.

5. Create, track and monitor proposals and contracts throughout negotiation process.

6. Input contracts in system and generate customized data including price books, customer confirmation letters, and reports.

7. Coordinate contract roll-out package to Sales Offices for National Accounts.

8. Maintain membership data on contracted IDNs.

9. Maintain contract information in FileMaker database.

10. Create, maintain, generate and distribute monthly and quarterly reports as required to field, sales management, and finance.

11. Provide pricing database for new product additions to National contracts

12. Fulfill sales reporting requirements to accounts.

13. Monitor item masters for attachment to price groups.

14. Support and participate in annual price increase process.

15. Ad-hoc reporting as requested.

16. Special projects as assigned.



Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree required with 7-10+ years experience. Financial background a plus.

Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills required. Working knowledge of JD Edwards, Impromptu, and PowerPoint a plus.

Candidate must be well organized with a strong attention to detail. Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal/communication skills are essential.

Requirements also include the ability to multi-task independently with minimal supervision and to take a leadership role when required.
