Job Title: Amazon Connect Architect

Location: Plano, TX (5 Days Onsite)

Job Type: Long-Term Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade cloud contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep AWS expertise, strong architectural judgment, and hands-on experience with contact center platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement AWS-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
  • Build and scale proof-of-concepts into enterprise-ready solutions
  • Define and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • Integrate CI/CD pipelines and manage version control workflows
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production environments using tools such as Splunk, Datadog, and CloudWatch
  • Integrate conversational AI, speech analytics, and GenAI/LLM capabilities for agent assist, summarization, and knowledge retrieval

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Python and/or Java
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect or equivalent cloud contact center platforms
  • Strong expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Bitbucket, Git)
