Job description

We are looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support our Ring, Blink, Amazon Key and Sidewalk (RBKS) teams. You'll help us grow our business and help us scale by supporting and negotiating a variety of contracts, with a secondary role supporting work for product counsel on the legal team.
You will work directly with business teams to manage a wide variety of contract requests and negotiations. You must be a thought leader in optimizing and streamlining deal forms and document management systems, using AI tools as a preferred solution wherever possible.
Key job responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts.
- Managing a high volume of daily contract inquiries of all shapes and sizes.
- Optimizing the organizations existing document and information management tools, using AI as a preferred solution.
- Improving and maintaining the organizations existing simplification tools.
- Creating templates and fallback guides to simplify contracts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of contracts management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Can manage a high volume of requests and competing deadlines
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
