Job description

We are looking for an Clinical Research Coordinator to support the day-to-day management and execution of a clinical research study at an investigative site. You will serve as the primary liaison between investigators, sponsor, and site staff, ensuring the study is conducted in compliance with the protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.

  • Location: McComb, Mississippi, USA
  • Work Mode: hybrid
  • This is a part-time role requiring 2–3 days of work per week.
  • Length of contract: 4 months
  • Type of contract: C2C
  • Salary rate: 40-50 USD per hour


Key Tasks:

  • Coordinate patient enrollment activities
  • Collect, review, and maintain source documentation and study records
  • Enter study data into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and resolve data queries
  • Maintain regulatory binders and essential study documentation
  • Prepare for and support sponsor monitoring visits, audits, and site inspections
  • Ensure participant safety, confidentiality, and protocol compliance throughout the study
  • Collaborate closely with investigators, radiology staff, and study teams to ensure protocol-required procedures are completed


Profile

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years of Clinical Research Coordination experience
  • Experience conducting sponsored research studies
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and IRB submissions
  • Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
  • Experience with Medidata Rave
  • Ability and willingness to travel on-site to support study activities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in subject enrollment management, source documentation, data entry, adverse event reporting, site regulatory documentation, and query resolution
