Job description

We are seeking a CDL Driver to support our landscaping operations. This role is primarily focused on driving and equipment transport, with a strong emphasis on operating a grapple truck to haul materials between job sites.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and operating heavy equipment. You'll play a critical role in keeping crews running efficiently by moving materials and equipment where they're needed most.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate a truck to transport debris, brush, and materials between job sites
  • Safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment and materials
  • Move equipment such as Kubota loaders, John Deere skid steers, and tree lifts
  • Coordinate with crews to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
  • Assist crews during downtime between loads (cleanup, staging, basic support tasks)
  • Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Strong experience operating a grapple truck
  • Confidence driving large trucks, trailers, and hauling heavy loads
  • Experience loading and transporting heavy equipment (skid steers, loaders, lifts)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time between job sites
  • Safety-focused, reliable, and team-oriented
