Own the project. Lead the crew. Protect what matters most to our customers.
Rytech of Orlando is growing, and we need an experienced Contents Supervisor who can take full ownership of contents projects from the first walkthrough to the final pack back, and who is accountable for the revenue and gross profit performance of the contents department. This is a leadership role for someone who stays dialed in, juggling multiple projects at different phases without losing a step. If you know the restoration industry, run a tight and organized crew, get documentation right the first time, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to talk to you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own contents projects start to finish, from initial inspection through packout, cleaning, inventory, storage, and pack back.
 • Own the revenue opportunity and gross profit performance of the contents department.
 • Run multiple contents projects at once, each at a different phase, without letting details slip.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of contents technicians and crews on site.
 • Ensure contents are properly documented, labeled, photographed, and inventoried, including non salvage documentation.
 • Prepare and review contents scopes and line item estimates in Xactimate.
 • Manage contents storage, ensuring items are properly secured, organized, and tracked at all times.
• Coordinate directly with project managers, adjusters, and homeowners on project status, changes, and timelines.
 • Review job scopes and documentation for accuracy before submission.
• Support billing documentation and review completed work for accuracy.
 • Help schedule labor, equipment, vehicles, and storage as projects demand.
 • Keep job sites organized, professional, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and keep satisfaction high from walkthrough to final delivery.
 WHAT YOU BRING
• Sharp, dialed in, and detail obsessed. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
• Proven experience running contents projects in restoration, insurance, or a related field.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each at a different phase, from inspection to pack back.
• Working competency in Xactimate for contents scoping and estimating. • Comfortable in Outlook and Excel for daily communication, tracking, and reporting.
• Encircle experience preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and consistent follow through on documentation.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold crews accountable in the field.
• Established track record of strong, professional customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills under pressure.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move contents and equipment, and to work in properties affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold.
• IICRC certification such as FSRT, OCT, or CCT is a plus.
