Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager, you will own the day-to-day development and execution of marketing programs that generate demand and equip the sales organization across the Print, EPS, and Public Sector lines of business. Working closely with the VP of Sales Operations and division sales leadership, you will manage campaign development, marketing automation, web content, sales collateral, and marketing reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to turn approved go-to-market strategy into launched, measured programs.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Plan, build, and launch integrated campaigns (email drips, direct mail, landing pages, playbooks).
  • Manage campaign setup and tracking in Salesforce, including member status, attribution, and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables across design, sales, and product stakeholders.
  • Maintain and refresh evergreen campaigns as integrations, products, and target lists evolve.
  • Own Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) administration: forms, email templates, drip programs, list segmentation, and scoring.
  • Manage lead routing and handoff to sales, including lead source hygiene and follow-up.
  • Monthly reporting on lead volume, conversion, and campaign attribution.
  • Produce and maintain sales collateral: one-sheeters, playbooks, scorecards, initiative documentation, and proposal support materials.
  • Help write and publish web pages and landing pages within POS brand standards.
  • Own the recurring internal marketing newsletter and sales-facing program communications.
  • Enforce brand, voice, and style standards across all outbound materials.
  • Oversee the Sales Enablement Coordinator on prospect research, list builds, and outreach materials.
  • Support onboarding content and keep the sales team current on active campaigns, messaging, and available assets.
  • Gather field feedback on materials and iterate based on what is working.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards covering campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and content usage.
  • Document repeatable processes for campaign launch, list management, and collateral requests.
  • Recommend improvements and new programs based on performance data.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or similar degree.
  • 8+ years' experience in B2B marketing with hands-on campaign execution experience.
  • Working proficiency in Pardot or a comparable marketing automation platform; certification a plus.
  • Experience managing campaigns and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concrete, plain-language business content.
  • Comfort with HTML and CMS-based web publishing.
  • Highly organized project manager able to run multiple concurrent campaigns with cross-functional dependencies.
  • Healthcare, print, or payments industry experience a plus.
