Job Description
This role is based in our 605 Third Avenue, NY office.
We are seeking a passionate Spanish Speaking Content Leader to join our dynamic team in New York, contributing to our Content function.
Are you a fintech enthusiast with a flair for storytelling and a background in finance, technology journalism, or academia? If so, this is your opportunity to shape industry-leading agendas, uncover compelling stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional flagship events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Industry Insights & Trends: Stay ahead of fintech trends in Latin America as part of the Fintech Americas team, a division of the Money20/20 platform. Provide recommendations on format, style, and technology to enhance event experiences.
  • Research & Speaker Engagement: Conduct in-depth research (desk, phone, and face-to-face) with industry stakeholders to identify market trends, uncover hot topics, and secure top-tier speakers for our stages.
  • Content Management: Manage speaker bookings, panel discussions, interview slots, and moderator acquisition, ensuring seamless content delivery.
  • Event Collaboration: Support other shows within the Money20/20 event series, contributing to their success.
  • Reporting & Updates: Provide weekly updates on speaker outreach, confirmations, pipeline progress, blockers, call-for-content status, timelines, and risks.
  • Database Growth: Collaborate with the content operations team to expand and maintain the speaker database.

The salary range for this role is $70,000- $80,000 based on experience.
