Compensation: $20-$22/hour (1099 contractor, based on experience)
About Mantra Fitness
Mantra Fitness is a boutique Pilates brand built around intentional movement,
intelligent strength training, and real community.
At the core of our brand is the Mantra Method - a training philosophy focused on
precision, control, and mind-body connection. Every class is designed to help
members move better, feel stronger, and build confidence both inside and outside the
studio. We don't believe in quick fixes or fitness fads - we believe in consistency,
quality, and showing up with purpose.
Our studios across the Tampa-Sarasota area are vibrant, community-driven spaces
where instructors, staff, and members genuinely know each other. We collaborate
with high-quality creative partners for professional photo and video production and
are deeply invested in how our brand shows up - both online and in real life.
We're looking for someone who is excited to be part of the studio environment,
capture the energy of our community, and help bring the Mantra brand to life through
thoughtful, well-executed social and marketing content.
Role Overview
The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of
Mantra Fitness's social media and local marketing efforts across Instagram, Facebook,
and TikTok. This role focuses on content coordination, graphic creation, posting
schedules, and in-studio support for promotions and events, working within an
established brand and marketing direction.
This is a hybrid role, with a combination of remote work and regular in-studio
presence.

      programming, promotions, and events
    • Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars
    • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using

    • Adapt professionally produced photo and video assets for social platforms
    • Write captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action aligned with brand voice
    • Maintain consistent posting across brand and studio accounts
    • Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower trends)
  • Graphic Design (Canva-Based)
    • Create static posts, story graphics, promotional tiles, and event graphics using
      Canva
    • Maintain and update brand templates
    • Support campaign visuals for promotions, challenges, and studio
      announcements
    • Ensure brand consistency across all graphics
  • Light Content Capture (In-Studio)
    • Capture occasional iPhone photos and short-form video clips in studio
    • Support instructor features, events, and behind-the-scenes content
    • Coordinate with studio teams to gather raw content
  • Local Marketing & Events Support
    • Assist with promotion of pop-up events, partnerships, and community
collaborations in conjunction with our studio managers
    • Support on-site logistics and content capture during events

  • Hybrid & Travel Expectations
    • Hybrid position with both remote work and regular in-studio presence
    • In-studio work required for content capture, events, and collaboration
    • Occasional travel between Mantra Fitness studio locations in the
      Tampa-Sarasota area

Required Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Hands-on experience using Later.com (or similar scheduling platforms)
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and templated content creation
  • Ability to plan and manage a basic social media posting schedule
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and execute consistently
  • Comfortable working independently and managing recurring tasks
  • Strong communication skills and reliability

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in social media coordination, content execution, or
    marketing support
  • Experience working with branded social accounts
  • Comfortable working in both remote and in-studio environments

Nice to Have
  • Experience with fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands

  • Opportunity to grow hours or responsibilities over time based on performance

If you're excited by intentional movement, creative execution, and being part of a
growing fitness brand that actually lives its values inside the studio - not just online
- this is a place where your work will be seen, felt, and appreciated.
