Job description

Overview
Regis Corporation, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has been an industry leader in beauty salons for almost 100 years. Regis' franchised and corporate locations operate under concepts such as Supercuts, SmartStyle, Cost Cutters, First Choice Haircutters and Roosters. Regis offers a wide range of haircare services including haircuts, styling and coloring, as well as a wide selection of nationally recognized professional haircare products.
Position Summary:
The Associate Integrated Marketing Manager supports the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across a portfolio of up to three assigned brands by helping to translate marketing strategy into effective execution. Serving as the primary project coordinator for assigned campaigns, this role coordinates agency partners, vendors, franchise communications, and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs on time, on brand, and aligned with established business priorities.
We are preferably looking for candidates located in or around the Minneapolis, MN area and are able to work a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Execution & Project Management (30%)
  • Support the Associate Director in executing integrated marketing initiatives for assigned brands in alignment with established marketing strategies and business priorities.
  • Support the day-to-day project management of marketing initiatives from kickoff through launch by maintaining calendars, tracking key timelines, documentation, deliverables, approvals, and launch readiness.
  • Proactively identify project risks and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and supporting social media execution across internal teams and agency partners
  • Review marketing assets, communications, and campaign materials to verify accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with brand standards.

Agency & Vendor Management (25%)
  • Assist Associate Director in the day-to-day management of agency and vendor partners. Maintain collaborative relationships with agency and vendor partners by helping to facilitate effective communication, operational efficiency, and execution.
  • Coordinate project execution across agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate and monitor the creative reviews and approval processes, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards, business objectives, and quality expectations.

Social Media Strategy Execution & Performance (20%)
  • In partnership with the Associate Director, manage agency teams to support the execution of social media strategies that align brand objectives and business priorities.
  • Contribute ideas and insights during social strategy development, content planning, and campaign ideation.
  • Support the creative development process by managing timelines, facilitating feedback, and ensuring assets are reviewed and approved on schedule.
  • Review social media content for brand consistency, accuracy, and alignment with campaign objectives prior to publication.
  • Monitor social media performance, draft campaign reports, and identify trends, insights and opportunities for optimization and present those findings to Associate Director.

Franchisee Support & Marketing Communications (15%)
  • Serve as a day-to-day marketing resource for franchisees by providing guidance, answering questions, resolving issues, and supporting successful campaign implementation.
  • Draft and distribute franchise marketing communications, campaign guides, and supporting resources to enable effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide ideas and work closely with other internal stakeholders to drive franchisee awareness, adoption and utilization of national marketing initiatives and local marketing resources.
  • Gather franchisee feedback and communicate insights that help improve marketing programs, communications, and overall franchisee support.

Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Support (10%)
  • Support employer branding initiatives by coordinating marketing content and resources that position the company's salon brands as great places to work.
  • Partner with agency teams and internal stakeholders to execute recruitment-focused social media campaigns across assigned brands.
  • Maintain employer brand messaging, social content, and marketing assets that support stylist attraction and hiring efforts.
  • Ensure recruitment marketing resources remain current, organized, and accessible for franchisees and internal partners.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, including integrated marketing, brand marketing, project management, or franchise marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, promotional, and in-store marketing.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to support multiple concurrent initiatives, manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, prioritize competing demands, and monitor successful execution from planning through launch.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, including content coordination, campaign execution, performance reporting, and identifying opportunities to optimize results.
  • Excellent marketing communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships and effectively communicate with franchisees, agency partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to proactively help identify risks, resolve issues, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand business priorities, support marketing execution with organizational goals, and make sound decisions, when necessary, that support brand and franchise success.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting franchise, multi-unit retail, hospitality, beauty, or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with local store marketing or franchise marketing programs.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, campaign reporting, or dashboard development.
  • Certification or formal training in project management is a plus.

  • The starting salary range for this role is $70,000 per year, up to $80,000; An offer of employment will be extended at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
