- Work with Transparency Team at Amazon to enter disputes, protect ASINs and ensure best possible 3P sale of products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working in Amazon Vendor Central (strongly preferred)
- Experience in Vendor/Account Management working with Amazon Systems and/or related experience
- Experience with Amazon Transparency and Brand Management
- Self-starter who works independently and makes sound, high-level decisions quickly
- Quickly digests and analyzes large amounts of information, and changes in Amazon systems, and translates them into clear next steps
- Experience in ecommerce catalog/content operations or related vendor support
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high operational standards
- Data analysis experience; strong Excel skills
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with diverse, cross-functional team members
- Experience implementing process improvements
