Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the owned content strategy across priority channels, including blogs, website content, organic social media, community touchpoints, and creator-led content, ensuring content, cadence, channel roles, and messaging align to brand objectives and campaign priorities.
  • Own the integrated content editorial calendar in partnership with brand, creative, innovation, media and agency partners, translating business priorities into channel-right content plans for blog, website, organic social, community, and influencer programs.
  • Lead organic social media planning and execution across priority platforms, including content themes, publishing cadence, platform best practices, creative inputs, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and optimize blog, website, and owned-channel content that supports brand storytelling and consumer education, including content strategy, briefs, stakeholder reviews, SEO inputs, and performance opportunities.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to create and deliver organic social, creator, influencer, UGC, and owned content programs while managing timelines, budgets, approvals, compliance, accessibility, brand safety, and vendor execution.
  • Lead community management standards, including response guidelines, proactive engagement opportunities, escalation paths, and social listening inputs that inform content and brand decisions.
  • Monitor content, organic social, creator, search, community, and cultural trends to identify timely opportunities for brand participation while maintaining brand voice, quality, accessibility, and risk standards.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing programs, including brief development, creator identification, content and compliance reviews, usage rights coordination, campaign tracking and performance recap.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, English, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, organic social media, community management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or agency-side social strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience managing owned content channels, including website or blog content and organic social media calendars, for a consumer brand, retailer, agency, or high-growth organization.
  • Hands-on experience supporting influencer or creator campaigns from planning through measurement, including briefs, contracting inputs, disclosures, and performance reporting.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt voice and message by channel, audience, andobjective.
  • Comfort using social analytics, listening, scheduling, content management, web analytics, and influencer management tools to inform decisions and report results.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a strong bias for action.

The salary range for this position is:$115,000.00 - $160,000.00

All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
