As an Associate Consultant in the Ecosystem Strategy team, you will be responsible for leading project management for client engagements and supporting deliverable creation, including conducting competitive research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and creating presentations to summarize client recommendations. You will receive on-the-job coaching and mentoring to help you learn the basics of business consulting and ecosystem strategy.

Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality drafts of communication from emails to executive presentations 
• Lead project management for client engagements, including project plan creation and ownership, and action and status tracking 
• Manage meetings, including coordinating and scheduling client meetings, preparing agendas and content, and documenting actions and decisions 
• Conduct research to support client recommendations 
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, summarizing key themes to inform findings and recommendations 
• Work independently or closely with clients and team members to drive project progress 
• Provide other project support as requested by engagement manager
Minimum Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree with solid academic achievement 
• Experience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 
• Quantitative skills and general problem-solving skills for business problems 
• Good business acumen and awareness of business trends 
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) 
Preferred Qualifications
• Coursework and/or internships in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, systems, or communications 
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills 
• Passion and an ability to learn independently, quickly, and resourcefully 
• Desire to work hard and progress rapidly in the consulting profession

The base compensation for this full-time position is $80,200 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor.
