Job description

The Virtual Producer I manages the technical delivery of live training sessions, assisting the facilitator and or host with interactive activities and moderation. This role requires the ability to effectively provide detailed instructions to participants on using available interactivity tools and troubleshooting technical issues as these arise.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Management and Innovation
  • Assists with set up and testing of virtual classroom/event build out and functionality
  • Researches, configures, tests, and incorporates interactive activities in the identified virtual delivery platform
  • Reviews content, makes recommendations for delivery based on knowledge of platform features and capabilities
  • Provides technical coordination and support for platform and users

Virtual Classroom Management
  • Reviews classroom content and interactions prior to class being open to attendees
  • Manages the technical delivery of live events: provides technical guidance and instruction, tracks timing and deploys interactive activities
  • Delivers technical support to everyone in the classroom
  • Cleans classroom, clearing interactions, breakout rooms, and resetting for next class
  • Assists with facilitation by co-delivering exercises

Other Responsibilities
  • Assists with the coordination of scheduling live virtual deliveries
  • Administers, exports, and leverages survey data to identify trends and provide data to manager and stakeholders

MINIMUM Requirements
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a related preferred

Experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience in a virtual environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency in navigating virtual delivery platforms to manage content and interactive activities
  • Ability to provide best practice guidance to users
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues and assist presenters and participants in working through technical challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to manage stress and perform under pressure
