This person will help create strong marketing materials, capture jobsite photos/videos, support product and website content, improve organic search visibility, and keep our brand consistent across social, email, web, e-commerce, and printed materials.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with strong writing skills, a good eye for design, and practical content/SEO experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of marketing projects. This position will begin as a broad marketing role with a strong focus on website content, product pages, and organic search performance, with the opportunity to grow into a more specialized SEO and content strategy role over time.
The Job:

  • Write blog posts, project spotlights, case studies, product page copy, and other SEO-focused website content
  • Support organic SEO efforts through keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, title tags, meta descriptions, image alt text, and basic on-page SEO improvements
  • Help identify content opportunities that support Prestige’s products, services, industries, locations, and e-commerce goals
  • Post blogs and make website content updates, including copy, images, formatting, SEO fields, and page layout adjustments
  • Support e-commerce content and product page creation, including writing product descriptions, gathering photos, requesting/organizing spec sheets, coordinating with partners/manufacturers for product information, and improving product pages for search and conversions
  • Support marketing agency coordination as needed by preparing meeting agendas, compiling notes/action items, gathering inputs, assisting with keyword/content research, and helping review SEO recommendations
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content, currently focused on LinkedIn and Facebook, with room to expand over time
  • Capture professional photos and short videos at job sites, including installations, completed projects, and in-progress work
  • Upload and organize photos/videos on our server, website, and other platforms using a consistent folder and file naming structure
  • Turn field content into marketing assets for social, email, web, e-commerce, and printed materials
  • Work with company departments to gather accurate project details and translate them into clear marketing content
  • Design and update marketing collateral such as flyers, one-sheets, capability sheets, spec summaries, signage/graphics, and presentation slides
  • Build and format email campaigns/newsletters
  • Manage Prestige’s used product listings across multiple platforms by creating/updating listings, maintaining accurate photos and descriptions, tracking status/availability, and removing sold items promptly
  • Help manage company apparel and promotional items, including organizing inventory, placing orders as needed, and coordinating with vendors to ensure brand consistency
  • Maintain templates and brand files to keep marketing consistent and efficient
  • Support company events as needed, including planning support, coordinating logistics, creating event materials, and capturing photos/videos for post-event marketing

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking, and content structure
  • Adobe experience required, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Comfortable capturing high-quality photos/videos and preparing them for marketing use
  • Highly organized with file management, including uploads, naming, folder structure, and content organization
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning technical product information and turning it into clear, useful marketing content

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, preferably with content marketing, SEO, website content, or digital marketing responsibilities
  • WordPress and WooCommerce experience
  • Experience with SEO tools, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Rank Math, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
  • Experience using AI tools/LLMs to support content development, research, and marketing workflows
  • CRM/HubSpot experience
  • Motion graphics and video editing experience
  • Drone photo/video experience is a plus
  • Experience with product content, e-commerce, industrial marketing, B2B marketing, or technical content is a plus
