Job description

ReminderMedia, a recognized leader in marketing services, empowers over 100,000 small businesses across diverse industries to grow and retain their client base. As an Inc. 5000 fast-growing company and a Top Place to Work, ReminderMedia offers a dynamic environment where innovation and client impact are at the forefront.
We are seeking a Marketing Content Designer to join our remote team in a hybrid marketer and designer role. This is not a production-only seat. You will own marketing and partner relationships for our financial and insurance verticals, and you will lead top-of-funnel and paid-advertising creative for our core business.
This position is ideal for a designer who thinks like a marketer: someone who understands funnels, cost per lead, and conversion, and who also has the hands-on craft to personally build polished, results-driven creative. We are an AI-forward company, and you will use platforms like Claude and Replit to accelerate ideation, copywriting, and production alongside your design work.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Own top-of-funnel and paid-advertising creative for the core business, developing new concepts independently and with the advertising team, not just on request.
โ€ข Track how creative performs (clicks, engagement, cost per lead) and proactively iterate, maintaining a steady pipeline of fresh variants for ongoing testing.
โ€ข Own brand and educational content for our financial and insurance verticals, and design partner-facing co-marketing materials.
โ€ข Build and maintain direct relationships with financial and real estate partners, including joining partner calls and representing marketing directly.
โ€ข Maintain a partner promotion calendar, filling gaps with timely, relevant content.
โ€ข Support company-wide creative testing (postcards, magazine covers, magazine ads) and new product launches (custom landing pages, localized product lines) as capacity allows.
โ€ข Design conference marketing materials, including samples, covers, banners, booth graphics, and flyers.
โ€ข Leverage AI platforms such as Claude and Replit (training provided) to accelerate ideation, copywriting, and production.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
โ€ข Associate's degree in a design-related field required. Bachelor's in marketing, communications, or a design-related field preferred.
โ€ข 2 to 4 years of experience in a design role, preferably in marketing, advertising, or performance and direct-response creative.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to think like a marketer, understanding funnels, lead generation, and how creative choices affect cost per lead and conversion.
โ€ข Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign, and intermediate knowledge of Illustrator.
โ€ข Understanding of print production requirements (bleeds, trim, color specs) for magazine and direct-mail pieces.
โ€ข Comfortable being partner-facing and stakeholder-facing: confident joining calls, asking informed questions, and offering an original point of view.
โ€ข Familiarity with AI tools (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Replit) a plus. Willingness to learn and adopt AI-assisted workflows required.
โ€ข Submission of a portfolio demonstrating marketing work that drives action, such as lead magnets, paid ads, or direct mail, ideally with evidence of performance results and not just visual polish.
Benefits
  • Highly competitive compensation package commensurate to experience
  • World class benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) company match, and much more.
  • Equipment needed to work remotely provided by the company
