Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Internship
Compensation: Unpaid Internship* or Will pay Upto $1000/Month
 
About the Role
  • Mintex Technologies is looking for a creative, confident, and outgoing Social Media & Content Creator Intern to help grow our brand through engaging social media content.
 
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about social media, marketing, and content creation.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging short-form videos, Reels, and other social media content for Mintex.
  • Appear on camera and confidently communicate our services.
  • Develop creative content ideas, scripts, captions, and storytelling concepts.
  • Help create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
  • Produce approximately 20 videos/content pieces per month, based on the agreed content plan.
  • Research social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
  • Monitor social media engagement, reach, views, and other analytics.
  • Assist with basic graphic design, visual content, and promotional materials.
  • Help strengthen Mintex's online presence and brand awareness.
 
What We're Looking for:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
  • Creative, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
  • Highly interest in social media, marketing, branding, or communications.
  • Basic knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Analytics, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools is preferred.
  • A portfolio or examples of previous videos/content are highly encouraged.
