Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for a Social Media Content Creator Intern. This role is hands-on and creation-focused—you’ll be responsible for producing the actual content that goes out across our social channels. This is not just a scheduling or coordination role. You’ll be designing graphics, editing videos, writing copy, and helping bring our brand to life across platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Design social graphics, carousels, and visual assets for posts and campaigns
  • Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, clips) from webinars, podcasts, and events
  • Write compelling, on-brand captions and post copy tailored to each platform
  • Repurpose long-form content (webinars, blogs, podcasts) into engaging social content
  • Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar
  • Monitor engagement (comments, messages) and support community interaction
  • Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform updates to improve performance
  • Track basic performance metrics like engagement, reach, and growth
  • Capture and create content during events, webinars, and tradeshows
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to test new ideas and content formats

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or CapCut
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging social media content
  • Passion for content creation, social media, and digital trends
  • Basic experience creating graphics and/or video content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and attention to detail
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or recent graduate pursuing marketing or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with short-form video editing and social media formats
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Experience with marketing platforms like HubSpot is a plus
  • Interest in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations

Why Arreva?

  • Build a real portfolio of social media content (graphics + video)
  • Gain hands-on experience creating content for a growing SaaS brand
  • Work on campaigns that drive real engagement and results
  • Learn directly from an experienced marketing team
  • Be part of a company that is mission-driven and impact-focused
