CONTENT & COMMUNITY LEAD
Sherwood, OR • Full-time, On-Site • Off-Road & Overland
Build the content and community engine behind a growing off-road and overland brand.
This is a builder's role. Not just content - systems, community, customer trust, dealer support, and the way Ironman 4x4 shows up across North America.
We're not looking for someone to post. We're looking for someone who turns product truth, customer questions, dealer feedback, installs, trips, reviews, and real-world use into content that drives revenue, grows the right audience, and strengthens the brand.
THE ROLE
You'll own the day-to-day content and community rhythm for Ironman 4x4 North America: the content calendar, community engagement, customer proof, dealer support, the UGC pipeline, creator collaborations, and the weekly learning loop.
You'll work across product, ecommerce, sales, creative, and leadership to turn business priorities into content that's useful, accurate, and engaging.
This is a hands-on lead role. You build the engine - you don't manage from above it.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • The content calendar and weekly publishing rhythm
  • Turning customer questions, objections, installs, trips, reviews, and dealer feedback into content
  • Technical accuracy, in coordination with product experts
  • Content that supports product pages, email/SMS, campaigns, and conversion paths
  • Daily community engagement - comments, DMs, sentiment, questions, feedback
  • Monthly dealer content packs and campaign-specific assets
  • The UGC and customer-proof pipeline: sourcing, permissions, deployment
  • Creator, influencer, and brand collaborations, plus podcast and stage follow-up
  • AI and modern tooling to move faster: briefs, transcripts, captions, variants, reporting
  • A simple weekly scorecard and learning loop

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
  • A reliable weekly content calendar running
  • A clear process for validating ideas before capture and edit
  • A daily community engagement rhythm
  • The first monthly dealer content pack shipped
  • A customer-proof / UGC pipeline underway
  • A working rhythm with product, ecommerce, sales, creative, and leadership
  • Baseline reporting: audience quality, engagement, sentiment, consistency, organic traffic, conversion support
  • A system for turning one source into multiple useful assets

HOW WE MEASURE IT
We care less about vanity metrics and more about whether content helps the customer and the business: qualified audience growth, useful engagement, positive sentiment, questions answered well, dealers equipped, and consistent publishing. Views matter - but views alone aren't the scoreboard.

  • Have 3-6 years in content, social, community, brand, ecommerce, creator, automotive, outdoor, or enthusiast marketing
  • See content as a business engine, not a publishing function
  • Love the outdoors, vehicles, gear, and enthusiast communities - or are genuinely hungry to learn
  • Can turn product information into useful, engaging content
  • Are organized enough to run a calendar without becoming a calendar clerk
  • Use customer questions, reviews, DMs, and sales feedback as content inputs
  • Can work with a shooter/editor, product experts, ecommerce, and sales without dropping details
  • Are comfortable using AI and modern tools to move faster
  • Build systems, not just one-off posts
  • Take direct feedback and use it to sharpen the work
