This role is part of the Omnichannel team and reports to the Manager, Product Information Management.

The Senior Analyst partners with internal stakeholders, external agencies, retailers, and syndication providers to develop content strategies, optimize digital shelf performance, and ensure accurate deployment of product content across all brands and channels. This role serves as a subject matter expert in content syndication, digital shelf best practices, content governance, and retailer content execution. Key Responsibilities:Lead digital shelf strategy and content syndication execution across all brands and retailer network channelsDevelop and implement content strategies that improve product discoverability, visibility, engagement, and conversionManage product content syndication through platforms including Salsify, Syndigo, and NIQOversee content deployment across retailer channels and ensure compliance with retailer-specific content requirementsMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve publication issues to ensure accurate and timely content deploymentManage retailer channel mappings, syndication configurations, and direct retailer connections to support accurate content distributionUpdate and maintain retailer assortments to ensure products are published accurately and distributed correctly across retailer platformsReview and approve product content, item records, and content submissions within retailer and syndication platformsPartner with external agencies on content creation, optimization, and execution initiativesOptimize product content across SEO and AEO copy, MRHI, imagery, enhanced content, and moreConduct content audits and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvementMeasure content performance using available tools and translate insights into actionable recommendationsAudit retailer product detail pages (PDPs) to ensure content accuracy, completeness, and content healthManage direct retailer channel connections and maintain syndication mappings across retailer networksLead content governance initiatives, process improvements, and best practice developmentCollaborate with Sales, Brand, Packaging Graphics, and other cross-functional teams to align content priorities and business objectivesPartner with external retailers, agencies, and syndication providers to support content execution and issue resolutionIdentify content gaps, operational inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunitiesMaintain documentation, reporting, and governance processes to support scalable content operationsCommunicate performance insights, content recommendations, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders and leadershipMaintain content workflows, governance processes, and business rules that support scalable and efficient content operationsSupport additional digital shelf, content strategy, and syndication initiatives as needed Leadership Competencies:Use a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.Builds partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Understands the business and organizational environment and shows interest in adapting to their culture and ways of working. Education and Work History:Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field4 7 years of experience in digital shelf strategy, content syndication, Product Information Management, eCommerce, Omnichannel, or a related fieldExperience within CPG, eCommerce, digital commerce, or retail content environments preferredAdvanced knowledge of syndication platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, and NIQExperience with content measurement and optimization tools such as Vizit or similar platforms preferredStrong understanding of SEO, AEO, digital shelf best practices, content governance, and retailer content requirementsExcellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills Preferred qualifications:Serves as a subject matter expert for digital shelf strategy, content syndication, and retailer content executionInfluences cross-functional stakeholders without direct authorityGains alignment across internal teams, agencies, retailers, and external partnersTranslates complex content performance data into clear business recommendationsDrives continuous improvement through process optimization, governance, and best practicesNavigates competing priorities while maintaining focus on high-impact initiativesDemonstrates initiative, accountability, and ownership in a matrixed environmentCommunicates strategic recommendations and performance insights effectively to senior leadershipIdentifies risks, opportunities, and emerging trends to support business growth The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
