About The Position
Clinical Architecture is seeking a Social Media and Content Strategist to join our Marketing team in the Indianapolis, IN area. We are looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional to lead our social media presence and develop engaging digital content that advances brand awareness, thought leadership, and audience engagement. This hands-on role will support the execution of content and digital marketing initiatives that elevate Clinical Architecture's visibility, strengthen our position as an industry thought leader, and support long-term business growth.
  • This role will report to our VP, Marketing.
  • This role is based on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters, five days a week. While we are an in-office organization, we do our best to offer flexibility when needed, ensuring both work-life balance and uninterrupted business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Own the organization's social media presence, developing content and campaigns to support brand awareness, audience engagement, thought leadership, and lead generation.
  • Develop digital content to supports organizational goals by translating subject matter expertise and existing marketing assets into engaging content across social media, email marketing, the website, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that amplify thought leadership content, engage target audiences, and support lead generation objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry developments, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and inform content and campaign strategy.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements to increase engagement, audience growth, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Support the promotion of company participation in tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and other industry events through digital marketing and social media activities.
  • Stay current on digital marketing best practices, social media trends, content marketing strategies, and marketing technologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media channels and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and either Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, healthcare software, or other B2B technology industries preferred.
