Acero Precision is seeking an experienced Cleanroom Packaging Assembly Technician to perform the final assembly. Cleaning, inspection, and sterile barrier packaging of precision medical devices in our controlled cleanroom manufacturing environment in West Chester, PA.

Why Youโ€™ll Do

  • Perform final assembly, cleaning, inspection, and sterile barrier packaging of precision medical devices.
  • Package finished products using validated sterile barrier systems, including pouches, trays, and header bags.
  • Operate heat sealing equipment and verify seal integrity and package quality.
  • Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Apply product labels, lot numbers, expiration dates, and required product identification accurately.
  • Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation while maintaining product traceability.
  • Identify, document, and properly segregate non-conforming products.
  • Maintain compliance with cleanroom gowning, contamination control, and aseptic procedures.
  • Follow all company quality, safety, and operating procedures.

Your Impact

As a Cleanroom Packaging Assembly Technician, youโ€™ll be responsible for the final manufacturing steps before products are sterilized and shipped to customers.

Youโ€™ll contribute by:

  • Ensuring every medical device is properly assembled, cleaned, inspected, and packaged.
  • Protecting product quality through accurate documentation, labeling, and traceability.
  • Identifying quality issues before products move to sterilization and distribution.
  • Supporting compliance with medical device manufacturing and cleanroom standards.
  • Helping deliver safe, high-quality products that support healthcare professionals and patients.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of cleanroom manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or another regulated manufacturing environment strong preferred.
  • Experience with sterile barrier packaging, cleanroom assembly, final inspection, or related manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and quality systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standardized procedures.

Preferred Experience

  • Medical device manufacturing.
  • ISO-classified cleanroom environments.
  • Sterile barrier packaging and heat sealing.
