Cleaning Technician – Swing Shift

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our swing shift team in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting cleaning operations, maintaining cleanliness standards, completing inspection documentation, and ensuring products meet quality and contamination-control requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy, including data entry, digital travelers, inspection logs, and basic manufacturing software
- Experience performing pass/fail visual inspections
- Ability to multitask between inspections, pre-cleaning tasks, and changing production priorities
- Strong reliability, attendance, and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately complete documentation, lot tracking, cleaning records, and SOP compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with solvent, ultrasonic, and DI-water cleaning processes
- Knowledge of cleanroom and ESD protocols, including gowning and contamination-control procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including coating, metrology, and engineering departments
- Experience handling optical components, glass substrates, or other small delicate parts
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and inspection processes according to SOPs and quality standards
- Maintain accurate production and cleaning documentation
